SaaS - Scalable and Secure

The technology of contexxt.ai is based on a SaaS architecture hosted in Microsoft Azure data centers in the EU.

The entire platform was developed as a scalable Big Data platform to efficiently analyze and transform data from various sources, at the moment mainly Microsoft Graph API, and to use it as anonymized metadata on a client-specific basis -. both for PowerBI-based dashboards and reports, as well as a central platform for learning analytics and a central bot framework for our digital coach. The platform is repeatedly Microsoft App Compliance certified and thus meets the highest standards of data protection and data security.

Complex but Integrated

We use multiple layers of technology for our digital coach. The coach itself is embedded in Teams as a Teams app. For the dialogs with the user, the Microsoft Bot Framework is used, extended by automatic translation using Microsoft Translation Services.

LUIS is used for intent detection, augmented by Q&A functionalities, Azure Search and corresponding semantic search methods, and a higher-level framework for prioritizing dialog components for the dialogues between coach and user. The use of large language models for even more customized and contextual communication is currently being tested.
